Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 240ml fresh lemon juice (from 4-6 medium lemons)
  • 4 cups about 1 liter filtered water, cold
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup natural sweetener raw honey or maple syrup preferred
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • Optional: Lemon slices for garnish

Optional:

  • Muddled fresh or frozen raspberries or strawberries
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Juice your lemons: Squeeze the fresh lemon juice into a pitcher.
  • Add sweetener and salt: Stir in your chosen natural sweetener and the Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved. Give it a good stir for about a minute.
  • Add water: Pour in the cold filtered water and stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Taste and adjust: Taste your lemonade. Adjust sweetness, tang, or salt to your liking.
  • Chill (optional): For the best refreshment, chill your lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
