- 1 cup 240ml fresh lemon juice (from 4-6 medium lemons)
- 4 cups about 1 liter filtered water, cold
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup natural sweetener raw honey or maple syrup preferred
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- Optional: Lemon slices for garnish

Juice your lemons: Squeeze the fresh lemon juice into a pitcher.
